How KQ Points Work

Every dollar you spend earns you valuable KQ Points that can be redeemed as store credit on future orders. It’s our way of saying thanks for being part of the KiwiQuads community.

Redeeming Your Points

Step 1: Login to Your Account Click “My Account” and enter your username and password to access your points balance.

Step 2: Shop & Add to Cart Browse our range and add your desired items to your shopping cart as usual.

Step 3: Apply Your Points In your shopping cart, you’ll see your available points balance and an “Apply Discount” button. Click it to use your points as payment.

Step 4: Complete Your Order Your points will be applied as store credit, reducing your order total instantly.

Important Notes

• Shipping Payment: Due to system limitations, you’ll need to pay shipping costs separately via Poli or card payment
• Points Balance: Check your current points balance anytime in your account dashboard
• Expiry: Your KQ Points expire after 12 months from the date they were earned
