Is this a good kit for beginners?

Yes! We’ve put together this model with beginners in mind. The components chosen for this build are suitable for any skill level. We’ve done the hard work and taken all the guessing out of putting together compatible parts. The package has been fully built, tested, tuned, and flown by us.  To assist with the builidng process KiwiQuads has put together:

DIY Build Manual, detailed 44 page manual including photos, wiring diagrams, and betaflight walkthrough to guide your first build.  These step by step instructions include many tips and tricks to assist you and will be provided via email with your purchase.

We are also thrilled to share that Brodie Reed has also done a build video of out kit, following the manual step by step to help you with the build, you’ll notice the chapter markings lineup with the manual so you can easily swap back and forth between manual and video.

Consumable pack, most builds require Wire, Heatshrink, Cable Ties and 3M tape for mounting components.  As luck will have it, you’ll always be missing something bringing you build to a halt, but not with KiwiQuads build kit, you get all the consumables included in the kit saving time and money!

Professional Tune, we have taken the headache out of tuning the quad by completing a professional tune ourselves, not only will you build a modern fast freestyle quad but it will also fly fantastically well with this tune:
