Which wire do I need?

When building an FPV drone, it’s important to use the correct wire gauge to ensure you don’t limit current flow and cause overheating.

• 12 AWG – 160A burst: For XT90/60 pigtail, high power 5″, 6″, 7″ FPV Drone.
• 14 AWG – 110A burst (For battery connectors and main power plugs)
• 16 AWG – 80A burst (For battery connectors and main power plugs)
• 18 AWG – 50A burst (For motor and ESC connections)
• 22 AWG – 24A burst (For high power components eg. VTX power, bright LEDs)
• 26 AWG – 15A burst (For general signal, 5V power, receivers, cameras etc.)
• 30 AWG – Signal and micro electronics
